Armour
Plate carriers with cummerbunds, MOLLE and a drag handle. Makeshift armour: bolted corrugated plate, tape and belts you craft yourself. Laminated only from airdrops and the dead.
Loot is random every match. Guns spawn empty with a box or two of their ammo beside them - everything else you find, craft, or take from the people you beat.
Two weapon slots - two of the same is allowed - with the gun you are not using slung on your back. Each calibre has its own ammo pool.
Homes lean to revolvers and shotguns; military sites and Ironside hide the rifles. Reloads are fully animated - mag out, fresh mag in, palm tap.
Vests are stiff shells with real hardware - not cloth painted on a body. Full slots never drop your gear: a spare helmet or vest goes to your backpack.

A helmet stops the shot that should have ended you. Backpacks decide how much you carry out of a town - small or military.
Qbandage, Ffirst aid. Shred spare clothes into cloth and craft bandages or makeshift armour on the move.
4frag, molotov, smoke and flashbang - cook it or lob it. 5binoculars for a 4x look before you commit.
Airdrop crates come down under a red-and-white parachute with laminated armour, a tactical helmet, a sniper or a rifle with ammo, and a first aid kit. Everyone sees it land.
Every fallen fighter leaves a bag with both weapons, all their ammo and their backpack. E on a crate or a bag opens the inventory - you take what you choose, nothing is vacuumed up.
Cars wait near the roads. Find the key inside and it starts straight away - or hotwire it and hope nobody hears you.
Fuel cans keep them running. More vehicle types and paint jobs are planned.
Skins change how you look, never how you play. Everyone lands with the same chance.
